Practice
I am getting very bored with practicing violin. I'm not sure if it is fatigue or boredom. But I have found that by hour 4.5 I have no motivation to go on. What's worse is that I know that there are things I could improve, and I have the time to finish the whole time, but I FEEL used up.
I never put away my instrument feeling, "Ahhh, that was a nice practice. Yum yum yum." It's always "Aw damn, I give up. Until next time." Or "time to go to class."
Maybe it requires straight-up dicipline and determination. Or maybe I need some kind of new system.
