Listening to German music

and preparing some things. I actually ate my protein quota today (like 150-160 grams or so). My diet actually isnt so great because I don't eat enough food. That's why I'm pretty small and don't grow (muscles) fast enough. It's pretty simple though, except for the occasional dorm binge.

Cereal with protein powder
Milk, and soymilk
Protein powder
Turkey sandwich
Natural peanut butter
Peanut bar
egg (or 2)
Tuna, or Tofu, or Chicken
Carrots, or apples,
green vegtables, or eggplant
Rice (white)
Vitamins, Fish oil tabs
Water

I need to buy some oats. White rice will kill you. Some people eat oats as their main source of carbs. Also Kirkland Signature Creamy Organic Peanut Butter from Costco is the best peanut butter I've ever tasted!
