I was reading a book on men's health today at the school library and I found out all lot of cool facts. Even though the book was targeted toward adults in their 30's or so, I still found many ideas to be applicable.

*Make subsitutions when you eat for a healthier diet. E.g. Subsitute burgers for roast beef sandwiches, subsitute pretzels for chips, subsitute cheese pizza in place of perpperoni pizza, etc.
*Instead of eating fewer calories, eat LESS fat and exercise MORE.
*get BUFF (actually, I'll subsitute buff with lean because I don't wanna stunt my growth)
*get LEAN
