I can't believe I'm listening to rap on the radio now. Besides 50 cent's "In da club" and "Wanksta Freestyle," there's nothing I really like. Speaking of "Wanksta Freestyle," I heard this stupid rendition of it on 94.9. Strawberry (I think that's the guys name) converted all the lyrics into ghetto 94.9 talk. Oh man, it was horrible. And speaking of Strawberry, that pervert is conducting this "have a night on the down with Fabulous" contest. The whole process of entering and drawing is just sick-I don't think I should explain it. I think I'll stick to KMEL for my rap and R&B needs.

I've also been revisiting japanese bands like Do as Infinity and The Brilliant Green (my passion of fall semester, spring is all about BoA!). I am still in awe when I hear these songs; they just have the energy that is mind blowing. Japanese songs tend to be much more musically catchy than english songs.

"I want to try something new, but I don't really know... What do you think?"
"A new style? Regular looks good. You look serious. Some kids want it short back there," she points to the back of my head, "and long up here. It looks weird."
"Uhhhh. OK. I guess I'll have it regular." She starts to cut my hair. "My nephew had long long hair, trying to look like a movie star. Before he got a haircut like this he didn't have a girlfriend. After his hair was like this he got a girlfriend."
"Oh..." Snip snip snip.
"I was thinking about dyeing my hair, but I'm not sure about it," I say.
"Dye your hair? Black; it looks the best for men. Some kids like it bleached white," she draws imaginary strands of hair "black, white, black. It looks weird. You look good this way-you want to look serious."
"OK." I now don't feel like coloring my hair anymore.
"Now when you go to a university you'll get a girlfriend," she tells me.
